Apprenticeship Program

In collaboration with the Ohio State Apprenticeship Council (OSAC), this program is designed to provide structured, supervised on-the-job training (OJT) and related instruction (RI) for aspiring professionals in the motion picture and video production industry.

This program is registered under state standards and adheres to federal and state guidelines to ensure compliance, equity, and quality.

Apprenticeship Program

This program is a comprehensive pathway for individuals seeking careers in digital media and production, combining practical experience with foundational instruction to foster workforce readiness and industry-relevant skills.

Managed by a designated apprenticeship coordinator and adhering to a ratio of journey-workers to apprentices for effective supervision, this programs recruitment and training are conducted without discrimination, supported by an Affirmative Action Plan to promote diversity and inclusion.

There is an emphasis on safe working environments and accident prevention through OJT and RI components, along with detailed records of participation, performance, and evaluations are maintained and reported to OSAC as required.
