The Heart of JOB Foundation serves as a Certified Instructor and mentor, providing in-depth training across various aspects of media production. GOALS AND OBJECTIVES

The overarching goal of this three-year program is to provide a sustainable and scalable media production program within educational institutions. Key objectives include:

Year 1: Skill Development and Initial Training
- Provide students with hands-on experience in media production.
- Equip school staff with foundational skills and knowledge by shadowing HOJ instructors.
Year 2: Staff Empowerment and Program Leadership
- Transition the leadership of the program to school staff.
- Ensure staff members are confident and competent in managing the program.
Year 3: Independent Program Administration
- License the HOJ curriculum to the school.
- Support the school in running the program independently, ensuring long-term sustainability.
